The 90s were sooooo good for all genres of music. It was a very special, very different and creative time. It was like the stars all aligned to make great music whether it be country, alternative music, something pretty new at the time, rock or rap. I was in high school in the early 90s. I am so glad to have experienced it. I will always have a fondness for the era, till the day I die.

Yep. I was seven or eight years old and had no idea how good we had it. This is an amazing song, but at the time it was just another amazing song among a bunch of other amazing songs. Nashville's Music Row was running on all four cylinders, so to speak, and it was a beautiful thing. The best songwriters, singers, musicians, producers, etc., somehow found their way to Nashville, and they knew instinctively what country music is supposed to sound like, to touch the heart and soul. John Anderson, George Strait, Keith Whitley, and Dwight Yoakam paved the way in the 80's for the dominance of this music in the 90's.

I love these guys. The fact that they are so much different is what made it work. Kix was never still and Ronnie hardly moved and it was perfect.
