This next piece focuses on Brooks Sandwich House, a 40 year-old shop run by twins David and Scott Brooks in Charlotte, North Carolina. Specializing in hot dogs, smashed burgers, and liver mush sandwiches covered in chili, it has long been a staple with blue collar workers and now brings in tourists from around the country.
