It's totally mad, how something fictional became real. Of course other shows have used real places for filming, like Neighbours, but the fact that this was built entirely for a soap then got turned into a genuine residential street is unique. I mean, it's even actually called Brookside Close. How weird is that? Brookside became real. Amazing.
