Hes really not did you not see the way he treated luke in the after the screaming stops documentary.? No wonder luke doesn't want anything to do with him. Matt thinks he's it and treated luke bad even when they were younger he fired his own brother from the band. Matt is a loner type he has no real friends or family. Its luke thats very respectful matt is jealous of him. After all luke became an actor and matt was no where to be seen. Matt used luke to get into the lime light again with bros and wanted more. Luke knows he can't work with matt anymore because it comes to blows between them. So luke has gone back to not speaking to him again. I don't blame him matt is nothing but a control freak and prima donna!

He aged well. Was huge into Bros when i was a teen. A bit embarrassing thinking about walking around with the same belt knuckle etc. But this is what you did as a kid in the 80s. Still love his sense of fashion.

I lost one of my older brothers a few weeks ago to mesothelioma cancer, he fought hard to stay alive since his diagnosis in 2021. My relationship with my brother wasn’t always easy though. I suffer from mental health issues and my brother had his issues too. Often, I felt he didn’t understand me which made me withdraw and not communicate to him that led to resentment and anger. But the love was always there and neither of us held grudges towards each other, especially when family would get together and we started talking again and having a laugh, always looking at the bright side of life instead of the negatives and counting our blessings, especially, after losing our mum a few years before and 4 months later one of our sisters. And in 2014 my older brother lost his wife to brain cancer and his children have now lost a mother and now a father. So, I say to you Matt and Luke, a time will come when one of you will pass away and you won’t have that chance to say the things you wanna say, and you’ll be sorry and full of regrets. All I can say is, Matt and Luke need to take a hard look at themselves in the mirror and find a way to communicate from a place of love, honesty and not anger and be willing to accept both have positive and negative aspects to their personalities which might be misunderstood by the other. If you can’t find a way, seek a therapist to help you both mediate and find a way from no way. 🕰️ ✨

Matt is such a deep thinking person, he comes across as very passionate and very aware of the world at large, which is not surprising, the life he’s had and the experiences he’s had. I think Matt has seen and learned a lot that can’t be unseen and unlearned, and it has spilled over and formed a wedge between him and Luke that he’s not happy about but knows he can’t control. I think when you have had the life that him and Luke have had, you understand things in a way that not many of us can understand, and it must be terribly hard to meet new people and trust them.

After watching the documentary, it was clear to see it was Matt who was the one constantly pushing the buttons in that relationship. Luke is a very mellow, easy-going bloke who likes the simple life, whereas Matt came across as the overly-precious, overly-sensitive, self-important one, throwing his rattle out of the cot at the least little thing.
