Paint Protection Film Install for my Brand New A90 Toyota Supra!!

Every brand new car needs this day one! Already damaged my brand new A90 Toyota Supra :(
Todays video is day 2 of the paint correction, PPF and ceramic coating for my brand new Toyota Supra! We apply the ceramic coating to the wheels, hubs and brake calipers on the A90 MK5. I also got in a nice touch for the car. Ordered 'Supra' font decals for the front Brembo brake calipers and those look amazing on the car! I went with white to match the car and it looks great! We applied the ceramic coating over the calipers and actually on top of the Supra decals so they will stay nice and clean.
I also show a little bit on how they applied the SunTek paint protection film on the hood of the A90 Supra as well as some other small pieces.
Unfortunately day 2 of owning the car when it only had 85 miles on the ODO, I got a stone chip on the door vent. It was a nice black mark since the rock went right through all the paint layers and exposed the plastic underneath. I spent many hours with my pearl white touch up paint from my Nismo 370Z and got it pretty good looking. I wish I had the PPF on the car sooner to avoid damage on my brand new car.
But it looks good enough, and with the PPF over it you can hardly tell.
We worked till 11pm in this video and it was a ton of work getting the hood finished up!

Perfect! Hope this can still be garage parked. Ya some folks even go straight from the dealer to the PPF installer to prevent any chips but looking good.

I didn't go into that much detail. But its just a cleaning solution that removed any wax or grease from the paint

I think ceramic coating is worth it, but ppf is kind of meh, it will get nicked just like the paint would and wont look perfect after some years just like how the paint would get a few chips here and there. Then if you care to you'll be replacing the ppf for that panel to make it look new again which will cost you the same as getting a good touch up and paint correction job. Ceramic keeps the car looking really clean though and makes cleaning it easier too and that's definitely worth it, but for the paint i'd rather get it fixed up after years of use.

@Bros FOURR Speed do you have any worries about the possibility of all this ceramic coating on everything could be akin to a snake oil effect? I know it helps some, like with making surfaces hydrophobic and easier to wash dirt off. Just wondering if it's worth the cost. I'm going to get a 370Z Nismo in the next few years and I'm considering doing the PP film and ceramic coating as you are on your Supra. But I'm slightly skeptical when I see products do that whole Billy Mays infomercial, "one product to magically make every surface hard as ceramic. Apply it to metal, apply it to your windows, apply it to the leather seats, even apply it to your clothes and skin and never wash anything again! It doesn't matter, for $19.99 you can solve all your problems with 1 easy application of this miracle stuff!". Lmao
