Love the way the soundtrack is directed, the soundtrack is from S1 called "JUJUTSU KAISEN" literally, as in the name-of-the-game track. It played at length during the beginning of the Nobara and Yuji v/s the Death Painting brothers fight in S1's ending episodes and I love how it's used again during the end of S2 acting as a landmark to where the Jujutsu Kaisen // Battle of The Curses has progressed. I don't know if this was the thought given to it, but I like to see it that way.

And the essence of the main theme is to show the general style of the project's music and also to show the main motifs (melodies) that will appear in other compositions. I always thought of JUJUTSU KAISEN as a theme for just the world of JJK to begin with. The corrupt and elitist Sorcerer Society, The never ending plague of Curses, the fact that all of this largely happens under the noses of the general populace without them ever seeing a thing. I think it's very fitting as just a "This is what Jujutsu Kaisen is" track.
