Old time holiness is what I know. Brother Elly was our pastor and a great friend. I remember being very sick with gangrene. I went through 5 surgeries and the doctors were going to cut my left arm off to save my life. Brother Elly and Brother Neal Bridges stayed with at hospital all night. Somebody got a pray through because the Lord healed me and saved my life and arm!

Claude & my Daddy, CECIL PINGLETON, Pastor in Hamilton, Oh. were great friends. He came to our church so many times. My heritage, is so rich, filled with great singers & Evangelists. I am so blessed, to have grown up in church. I can barely type this, as tears are streaming down my face. I remember these songs, & services, as if it were today. I am now 63, & wish my family knew what real Pentecostal REVIVAL means. My Dad, prayed for hundreds, maybe 1,000’s in his lifetime. God delivered so many from visual limitations, or physical ailments. I can just imagine all these Saints in Heaven together.

You could just fill the spirit of God, when he sang and preached. Brother Bobby Grove is from Ohio, too. I love to hear him preach and sing. Brother Marion Brock was up there for awhile, and he can really get to you with his singing. A lot of the preachers that had the spirit and was filled with the Holy Ghost are no longer with us.

@Opal Allen Thank you for putting me on your prayer list. I believe what you say and have experienced it. There is a reason you wrote to me tonight. I have served the Lord for 38 years in March 2023. The Lord healed my wife 38 years ago and I began to serve him. This coming year I will be ministering to the prisoners. Preaching the Lord Jesus Christ. I thank you for your story of Claude Ely ministry and your family with him. It blesses me. I will share your story. Thank you. Nelson

@Opal Allen I see your Faith in your writings. That Faith pleases God. I pray for people. Let me pray for you here. Father, I pray for Opal and her family. I pray that what she believes will happen in this time, comes about. I pray to you Lord to move speedily on her behalf and do not hesitate. Move quickly Lord for Opal. She is in need of your power to help in her body in strength. Strengthen her body, Lord. Lord, I ask you to remember Opal and her husband for good. I thank you Lord for that. I believe you will help them both this day in Jesus name by your power. God bless you Opal in Jesus name. amen.

Amen. Isn't that the truth. Today's church is not like it used to be. I am also related to Bro. Claude Ely. He passed before I met him but his double first cousin, Bro. Charles Ely was our Pastor and he can sing like his cousin. Many many great services and you know the Lord was there and if you did not feel it, something was wrong. I wish churchs were like they were back then. Too many use programs now instead of letting Jesus have his way.

Let us be reminded that Jesus told us that in the last days there would be a falling away and that many false prophets would come forward! Most churches today are as dry as a corn husk. I worship on my computer and have a blessing listening to songs and preachers that are still putting it out there. I refuse to sit in a cold dried up church!
