To put the tiny lock washer back on the rod you might have to push down the plastic at the rod until you see the indentation on the rod. Once you see the indentation it goes on easily!

Remove this video is not the right way to do it. All you need todo is slide the green tab an place it in the marked place with an arrow. See the manual.

sirji fir bhi green tab error nahi ja raha hai, drum pipe bhi replace kar diya , alchohol se bhi saf kiya fir bhi nahi ja raha hai error

oh wow, you are right; I just slid the four green tabs all the way to the right and that led to no error.......wow.....and it printed fine.........wasted so much time sliding wires back and forth, back and forth

I don't think you necessarily need the alcohol - I didn't. There was just a lot of accumulated toner dust in the Drum Unit. I got it out by repeatedly turning the drum, sliding the green slide and banging the unit (lightly) against the table to knock out all the accumulated dust. It was surprising how much more came out each time I repeated that procedure until there was no more.
