I still use and love my NS10, I have so many feet for her and she actually LOVES cheaper thread (like Birch over Gutermann), which makes her a great free-motion/free-hand embroidery machine, I’ve made some amazing stuff with her even tho she is considered quite basic... but I have my mechanical all-metal retro Bernina and Husqy and an industrial for heavier work 🤗🤗🤗

Have the same model but always annoy by the thread tension ..I always have bubbles on the top sewing section .. adjusted the tensioner but doesn't work ...Does anyone know what's going on ?

Yes if your thread is not done proper it does that. Restart you threading and make sure are at step 3 I think it goes in the loop properly.

Hi, I'm looking for an entry level computerised embroidery machine for around £1000 and that would hopefully include some digitizing software that will enable me to embroider my own designs into the fabric, I'm not interested in the designs that come with the software, I have my own designs through independent design suits. can you recommend a machine as close to that price as I have mentioned and software to match the machine please?

The machine is good for general purpose. Like the application of threading the needle, however the threading of the bobbin, looks like it could be an issue on the long term for repairs. Not really suitable for heavy duty fabrics like Denim or curtaining. The buttonhole attachment looks like it could fit onto other brands.
