Fun fact, 虽然 Persona n Iriz 的底盘和 Suspension Setup是一样的，可是Iriz n Persona 的Damping Rate不同，Persona感觉上在过滤碎震会比Iriz好也比较舒服，反之，Iriz的话你就feel到路面多一点🤣

@@aderenlim Be it Bezza or Persona or City or Civic, once the interior uses a lot of plastics, definitely it is going to have rattling sound, kennot escape one. And speaking of rattling, it's a small issue, my Merc also encounter this problem at the pillar. But in terms of quality, tbh, Proton rly improved, but their QC still can't match with Peroduas (coz backed up by Toyota and gained reputation over the yrs). Also, i heard that the 4E-AT used in Myvi G3, Bezza got broke down problem b4....... (3 of my frens kena edi, 2 Bezza 1.3 and 1 Myvi 1.3). So, conclusion, it all comes down to the luck you have when purchasing your new car. I know, everybody like to bash about Proton quality based on past experience like Power Window Rosak, door handle rosak these kind of things. Just to make things clear, I own a Iriz 2019 (reg January 06) which clocked 6000km till today with 2 service done, i never encounter any big issue or those "Typical Proton" issue at all, some of my frens i know, their car same as mine just clocked about 800km, already encountered power window failure/ check transmission (SC update TCU and it;s fine)/ EPS Failure (SC files to HQ to replace faulty steering rack). SO yeah, im just gonna say that, it's not a guaranteed that you get a FLAWLESS condition new car, it all comes down to luck, sometimes is the QC issue by the manufacturer that make things fail, sometimes is the supplier supplies a faulty item to the manufacturer. *NOT BASHING ANY PARTY HERE, JUST MY OWN WORDS AND THOUGHTS"

@@cowayjb2864 OK let's buang away SEGMENTation and talk about the price for these two. Similar right? it really depends on your usage, and you are viewing things from the fuel consumption angle, so in short, i will suggest like this: Mostly City Run, Jarang Balik Kampung, Jarang Out Station, Tiap Tiap Hari Pergi Pasar dan balik rumah, tumpang anak sekolah (CMCO Kennot tumpang sry): Bezza Long distance drive, duduk kat kereta for a long time: Persona. Just to clarify things first, Persona has HPF Technology which makes the car chassis more rigid and safe during crash, but the cons is adding weigh to the car, Persona its 1200++ kg, heaviest B Segment Sedan. Also, it equipped with a Clutch Based Tranny (Punch CVT) which means from STANDSTILL to MOVING, you need a little bit more minyak to let the clutch engage and move the car, plus it is heavy as i mention earlier, fuiii, makan minyak.......... Do note that Campro VVT is a relatively old engine and it sure won't be fuel saving as BEzza Dual VVTi unit, plus the Campro is a bit lazy to rev also due to its characteristic. But this drivetrain combination (Campro VVT + Punch CVT VT2/VT3) i would say it is ok for everyone to accept it and it's OK fuel efficient for me (My iriz uses the same drivetrain) and the CVT when you dont' accelerate hard it is quiet and becoz it is a CVT, there's no gear changes meaning it is very smooth Whereas Bezza, is a light and efficient car to go around town, the lighter chassis with the responsive throttle makes it much eager to move from standstill or STOP AND GO traffic that you will meet during City drives (Not hOnda City xD). And not to mention that Dual VVTi is far more efficient than Campro VVT (Im taking the DVVTi 1.3 against Campro VVT 1.3, coz i have experience on it and it is more fair to compare 1.3 to a 1.3), the 4E-AT tranny that Perodua tuned it is super fuel saving (dont expect to be powerful as Persona la, it is ok powerful only) so no matter how hard u tekan, u will always get a satisfied fuel consumption result. I really suggest you to go test drive on your own and see which one suits you more and i think by test driving both cars then only is a fair comparison. In short, the Perodua comes with more kits and accessories (just look at the spec sheet, no comparison needed), but Proton, you really need to feel yourself in order for it to appeal to you. But, at last, i may need to come to the SEGMENTation once, it's A Segment vs B Segment, NVH you dont need to compare. driving ergonomics? no comparison either (BEzza tak bleh adjust steering dan seat belakang tak comfy, Persona seat panjang dan cushion mantap) For me, i highly suggest you to go for Persona, it is more comfy (whether it is short drive or long drives). yeah i know it is more fuel consuming than bezza, but the money you spend on it is definitely worth it! It comes with HPF, an extra safety feature for you and your passengers or even family members. Please do not have the mindset whereby: "I dont langgar ppl, ppl will not langgar me", sometimes accident happens bro, the HPF really can save a live (eventho the victim is heavily injured but hey it is still ALIVE). So yeah, 50k? get Persona Standard! IF budget allows, go for the Exec or Premium! Every Spec is a bargain buy!

I've been to Genting 3-4 times already with this Persona for yumcha at Mamak above there with boys in various cars (Myvi, Vios, Almari). Handling is abit thrown on rear compared to Iriz (maybe for those extra dimension).Nonetheless, for a stock car, it handles extremely well for a B-seg sedan. Torque seems available in any RPM except from 50deg+ hill-climb. Cons: 2021 facelift Persona/Iriz. And hill-side-parking. Otherwise, tiptop.
