You needed to mention the stabilizer for people new to embroidery. You really can't embroider without it especially on a knit fabric. It looked like you were using a tear away. Thanks

hello I tried to use my machine for the first time and it made a hole in the shirt my setting is on 2. also the threading process has more steps than what you show in the video

The entire threading process for this specific machine was shown. The steps are also numbered on the machine if you are having trouble. As for the hole I am by no means an expert and have just been sharing as I learn. Did you use a stabilizer for the shirt? If so, my other thought is that the material was pulled too tight in the hoop.

Amazing 🤩 can we embroider any pic from the internet by plugging it through the USB Or are there certain conditions (such as designing the image ourselves or anything else)??

There are certain conditions, you would need to either design the image yourself or purchase it in the file format of the machine. Hope this helps. (:

Gracias, por alguna razón, la máquina no permite ningún ajuste de tamaño para los diseños de Disney. En cuanto a alinear la aguja, no estoy seguro de a qué te refieres, lo siento.

When you are in a middle of the project and the thread on the bobbin runs out, how to you change it with losing your the area where the needle left off? Can you continue without mistakes?

Yes, you can continue the machine will pause when the thread is low. Once you replace the bobbin and place the hoop back on the machine it will leave off where you left or you can also go back a couple stitches if you need to as well. I’ll make a video on this for you soon.

Does this machine do fill switch variations in your designs for if you want to add some depth to your design pattern?

You would need embroidery software to change fill stitches the machine cannot alter files stitches.

Unfortunately, most hat hoops are for multi needle machines.

I just got my machine. Can I use it to embroider words? I am making a dinosaur quilt and I’d like to embroider the names of the dinosaurs on each square. Help!!

Yes, you can embroider words, however depending on the number of letters and the size you want them to be you may need to hoop the material more than once.

The Brother PE550d is a Disney embroidery machine. You can use the embroidery files that come preloaded onto the machine or purchase Disney files from "www.ibroidery.com". The only rule that Disney has when it comes to this machine is that all files are used for personal use. You cannot sell anything with a Disney embroidery file on it. This is not a new rule for 2023 though, it has always been around.

All my machines have automatic threaders and I still can't use them. I just do it the old fashioned way 😂

It does take a bit to get used to but they are easier for those who have issues threading the needle by hand. That is funny that you are still doing it the old fashioned way, I was as well when I first started using the machine.
