Hi, thanks for the video. Question: for those who doesn’t have photoshop? I have an iPad Pro, already connected via AirPrint, I use page… setting correctly envelope size, but when I click print button…appears the print software with only the option for A4 paper…nothing more…where is the mistake? Do I need a new print software - app?

Thanks for the video. I had success with this once. Each envelope print after that printed way off centre with everything printing about 5-6 cm to the left. Truly awful and hugely frustrating.

I found my problem - even though I selected DL for my envelope size in the More Options drop down, I had to select DL again in the Papaer Size once I went to the Printing Preferences dialog box. This is because it defaults back to A4. Duh... Cheers
