It’s a nervous smile. When people are not used to be in front of a camera, they have an uncomfortable smile. My cousin was the same way when she lost her dad (my uncle). My other cousins couldn’t understand that, but everyone greaves differently

It sounded like the ex wife received a good settlement from the divorce. It baffles me that people feel entitled to get more and more. The dr. worked hard to get what he had.
