I love leaving some of my tips for a waitress/waiter in a bunch of origami like this heart, a dollar ring, a rhino, flowers, etc. Usually they seem to appreciate those over the actual money because the time, care and effort they take to make. Plus if there is a paper placemat I will usually fold that into a basket to hold them all. Plus I make sure there entire tip is covered already. The origami is made from any extra money on top.

Well I thought I keep you up-to-date my kids got their little presents yesterday . And they would happy about it but at the same time they were like I don't want to ruin this it it's so pretty so I told them take a picture and go spend your money . They was so happy to receive it . You can use this to tip as well. A local coffee shop I tipped after watching this now uses mine as the centerpiece for their tip jar (they take all the money out at the end of the day except for it, and leave it in the bottom as eye candy for the next day).
