Is it possible to use scan and cut (first example) , don't change the location of the scan, and cut the same paper? Will it cut inside?

I just bought my Scan n cut CM350 (Amazon) and in spite of the fact that I am following the videos exactly how it is explained, I encounter a problem and I hope you can help me (please!) I have been scanning printed cardstock with different images on it, in order to be able to select one or two and cut it. When I choose "Preview" it shows tiny objects in black and not the actual image. I have cut thinking it's just the visualization but the machine is cutting only the "empty" tiny spaces on the paper and not the actual images. I bought this machine to avoid cutting images manually on cardstock. Can you help please? Thanks!

Julie, I love all of your videos, I have a red scan n cut the first one to come out, I just need to know if I buy the 12x24 mat and the Quilt Pattern 1 CD will they work with my Scan N Cut, thanks this may seem like a dumb question but I have not been able to find the answer, thanks if you can answer this for me.

Hi, Julie. Although you did this video 6 years ago, I’m hoping you will see this and can answer my question. I’ve searched everywhere I can think of and can’t find an answer. I bought the SDX 125 just before Christmas and now finally have time to really get into it. On the weekend I was trying to cut some little Easter images for cards. The set has both white and brown bunnies in it. My machine cut the brown ones perfectly but with the white ones it kept going inside the design and cutting out little details such as the eyes. I had it set for a .04 offset so have no idea why this is happening. 🙄 😉

After saying that you were going to unite your scanned piece, you just started pushing one button after another! I couldn’t tell what icon you pushed, because you went Helter skelter in the pushing of icons. How are we suppose to learn when we can make out what your strokes your making?
