This just shows that Arthur could originally go to New Austin. I remember a scene in one of the first trailers where the whole gang was riding through New Austin. And another scene with just Arthur saying "do what you want i dont care" that was in New Austin too lol

I don't know if it's 100% true, but you can use cheat to "Clear All Bounties and Lockdown Areas" (the cheat is: YOU WANT EVERYONE TO GO AWAY). I don't know if it removes the invisible sniper or allows going to Blackwater though, as I haven't tested it, but I guess if it does, then it would explain the dialogue. Of course, the player can't save the game nor get any achievements past that point, so it's all gone down the drain afterwards.

@@PiniutLEGITOnly way to clear it permanently as Arthur is to use mods. Otherwise all it does is just remove your wanted level and bounty

Great video, brother! Keep up the good work! I have a suggestion to what you can add in the next video: I encountered a bug in the mission "Fatherhood, for beginners" in the part when John and Jack are racing. You are free to use it if you want and I don't need to be credited. I encountered the bug in the PS4-version but it might apply for PC also. I had the advantage in the race, then I turned around and crashed into Jack's horse in full speed, failing the mission. I restarted the checkpoint, immidielately tried to collide with Jack again. We both fell off our horses, then Jack continued the race by running and didn't bother jumping back on his horse, while the player was confined by an invisible barrier around Jack, preventing full motion-freedom.
