One of the greatest blues guitar players ever and probably the humblest. Met the man many times and he’s such a gracious soul. God bless Walter Trout.

There simply is no one with this tone and presence. I have met him and he is a genuine person through and through. There are some great blues players out there certainly....but no one with else this perfect method of making a Stratocaster cry in pain and soar with warmth of Walter Trout.

I'd barely heard of Walter Trout and then I watched this. He is one of the best, most expressive blues players I have heard IMO. He can certainly stir emotions with his playing and his excellent voice.

I love you guys for doing this. Very good advice. I have heard Walters testimony about the song, Brothers Keeper. I believe I was the homeless guy without the resources, a Blues slinger too, that Walter wrote the sing about. I was poor and without any resource, homeless and forsaken by those that I thought loved me. Close family, freinds and even the Church. But Jesus didnt forsake me. I had hepc, cirrhosis, varicose veins in my esophegus and the three veins to my liver. I bleed out and took six transfusions the first hospitalization, five the next. Then had T.I.P.S. procedures twice and had to be resecutated. I nearly lost my life several times and had a blood clot in my liver. All the time, I dreamed of a home, healing and health care. I was a bery sick person and a desperate alcoholic and drug addict. I had been ordained and licensed by three Churches. Kne if which I had founded. My story goes so much deeper and grows so much more dark and desperate. The Churches had abandoned me too. Thank God and a good woman, the T.I.P.S. procedures worked, I had no support group fotmr my transplant n But the T.I.P.S. stopped the vericouse veins, the blood clotting was healed by other medicine and God. The hep c I has two different 9 week treatments, the first did not work, the second one did, this was all paid for by medicaid, which is a long story by itself. My MELD scores are down to 13, the hero c and the vericousevveins as well as the clotting is stopped. All thanks to God, the government, and medicine. The liver doctor says I can mife my whole life span with out transplant if I and they continue to work together and keep doing the 13 meds, the exercise and diet together. I've come aing ways, I have a long ways to go. But Brothers Keeper and other songs including many of Walter's have helped a lot. Please keep me jn your prayers as you both are daily in mine. I love you guys and feel so connected. Mizpah. Keith Russell
