I wish that all new moms and dads would introduce new siblings to a newborn this way. Keeping the new little one in the bassinet when they come in allowing the parents to love on their older children first.

I had two little boys once upon a time with big brown eyes like theirs. And now they’re in their 30’s with babies of their own. So beautiful. 🥰

Mommy opened the conversation so well with her hug. What do you think of your sister? She was in my tummy. It's so amazing that our babies begin life there, and for small children it must make them wonder if they themselves began there, and if they were equally beautiful and cherished as the little bundle in the bassinet is.
