Before *A Frozen Serenade* : if someone had told me that before long I would be spellbound by a Metal ballad durung the performance of which the vocalist adds a ballet interlude, i might have laughed that prediction away. Now that my eyes have seen and my ears heard, I would could that person a seer. This song is - in my opinion - one of Lovebites' finest moments, while being mindful of the fact that these ladies always deliver at the highest levels of excellence.

Lovebites once again showing the world just what it is that makes them such a special and unique band. I find it hard to think of any other band, past or present, who would be able to,not only put this together, but also perform it to perfection. And remember Miyako was 4 and a half months pregnant during the concert. And this is a heavy metal concert, a remarkable performance all round. 🤘🎤🎹🥁🎸🐺

Asami wanted a sad winter ballad, because the album Electric Pentagram came out in winter, Asami wanted acoustic guitar on the track, so Miyako recorded the acoustic guitar, live Midori has to play it, because Miyako is busy on the piano! 🤘

There is a ballad song from Lovebites with a slow tempo from beginning to the end, the song is called "Epilogue" I think you will love it

I think this is a masterpiece that should be left in the history of heavy metal. This masterpiece would not have been possible if it weren't for ``LOVEBITES'' which has a classical ballet dancer and a classical pianist in one band. Having five diverse talents in one band is miraculous considering the odds.

Another Miyako epic masterpiece. Asami singing and dancing in high heels while acoustic guitar and piano are playing away. Haruna on drums was a master class in fills and cymbal work throughout this offering. Another highlight of the insane talent in this band from each and every member!!!!

Straight up masterpiece! It's also the second LOVEBITES song where singer Asami (along with frequent collaborator Mao) was the primary composer (Epilogue was the first). She has since gone on to compose several more songs on the Glory Glory to the World EP and Judgement Day album.

I get a 007 Bond film opening credits feel from the first section of this masterpiece. Love seeing Asami's ballet movements during the acoustic section. For a LOVEBITES power ballad they have Epilogue. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

This song, like “Epilogue,” was written by vocalist Asami with the help of Mao, who has supported the group since its inception. It seems that the tag team of Asami and Mao has the power to bring a new charm to LOVEBITES.

Ah! Thank you guys. I have seen this a zillion times and I missed that Midori never took off her guitar when playing the acoustic. I thought it was just a stand and she switched. OK - that explains how she could play electric just seconds after the acoustic. Thinking out of the box!

Just recently, a first time reactor asked at the start of the song "What''s that acoustic guitar there for?". Probably the first ever, it has an SEP field around it! And yes, both Midori and Miyako don't strip off their electric guitars!

Music genre doesn't matter when it comes to Frozen Serenade, imo. If you're a fan of music and creativity...this checks all the boxes. Never mind a song, this is a masterful PERFORMANCE! To have the brass to even think about doing this live, flawless. With a very pregnant Miyako (nearly 5mos). Glad you did it guys! 🤘
