I like the energy to their music... and the inclusion of non-traditional instruments in a country song. Never EVER figured I'd hear a Wurlitzer electric piano in a Country song... "All Night" has it, clearly heard in the background. Songs are well written, and the musicianship is right on up there with the best that Nashville ever kicked out. T.J's got a great "Southern Rock" voice, and John kicks some major ass on the guitar(s). This music has something for almost everything... There is a decided blues influence in their tone, and style of songwriting. Love that.

On 8 October I got the great news that their London concert has been moved to next May (London in January is too cold and ill) and on the 9th my CDs arrived. One for the car, one for the house, and I spent all day listening to it and then stayed up well past midnight here in England to watch this. What a bloody fantastic couple of days I've had, thanks so much!

Always hard to match your first album. Songs you worked on your whole life, t record company takes over you and cuts your guitar solo, runs your voice through process crap and you play songs written by other ppl. That's the music man way and life. Still love the group but the new album is only a ehh to me.
