Try to use dry ice sanding next time ,it will restore engine bay and chasis like new ,withoit causing any damage and withoit leaving any residues as well,by the great work 👍

I think after opening up parts, they found that every inch is structurally gone, that couldn't have been made strong as original. Because rust was creeping from every imaginable portion.

I hope that customized vehicle segment increases in india. This will create lots of small size startups. I wish that one day I had a bike/ scooter that have air conditioner cabin on it and I will take it to my office daily, no worries of rain and sunlight. Tata could have made some bike or three wheel vehicle or small four wheel bike/rtv with cabin. If not Tata some other could have done that, in india there are people who love practicality of a vehicle.

And such a bulky scooter is designed for western countries for crusing on highways and expressways. not for indian roads where we need to stop 2 times every minute. I also doubt you will buy an " exotic product to save yourself just from rain and weather. A 125-150cc scooter almost costs 1 lakh inr. with a roof and and air conditioner the scooter might need a bigger engine around 350-400cc like the larger scooters in europe. And with all these the scooter will cost around 2.5 lakh inr. This wont make any sense in ine indian environment. That is why tata came up with nano. a car for 4 persons (not for 2 like the bulky scooter). it made more sense. but tata made a big mistake advertising it as the " cheapest car " in the world. if it was advertised as an " urban mobility " vehicle it would have took off. buy creating a own segment for itself. I dont think any company would come up with such a scooter idea. but maybe a electric car concept like renault twizzy.
