I dig up old Us WW2 US military relics in the calif desert while metal detecting for gold nuggets i have found 250 and 500 lb bombs 5 inch rocket warheads and lots of 20mm and 50 bmg brass and live rounds

The little bottle with the ridges on the sides is probably a 'poison' bottle. If so, the ridges are to indicate poisonous content for someone visually impaired or with poor lighting rather than for decorative purposes. If you google "antique poison bottle ridges" you will find a wealth of information about them.

Do you and your friends have an official permission for the metal detecting? In germany its not allowed to go searching in the forest. Do you inform the archaelogy when you find ancient items?
