What's messed up.. is this boar is likely courting that female.. Will likely mate with her, and if caught out in the open next year with her cubs. He will hunt down and eat them after hibernation. So messed up.

Just because he mated with her does not mean all her cubs are his. Also, it's far more likely that brown bears attack females whose cubs are of other male bears (bears recognise each other and males seem to have a preference for females with whom they haven't already mated). Additionally, males usually stand down when confronted by a defensive mother bear. So, the situation you're describing, even with the parameters you've set, is very unlikely.
