Brown butter walnut fig cookie (11 cookies)
Ingredient
90g Unsalted butter
130g Brown sugar
1 Egg (55-57g)
85g Cake flour
100g All purpose flour
1.5g Baking soda
0.5g Salt
70g Semi-dried fig
70g Walnut
Preparation
- Place an egg at room temperature until they are not cold.
- Measure the soft flour, plain flour, baking soda, and salt together.
- Cut walnut and semi-dried figs into appropriate sizes.
- Prepare a thick-bottomed pot and cold water (iced water).
