It's a scone made of ingredients that you can get easily or have at home, but it tastes really good.

Plain Scone (8 scones)
130g Cake flour
70g Bread flour
8g Baking powder
40g Sugar
1g Salt
55g Unsalted butter
55g Mik
45g Egg
Preparation
- Cut the cold unsalted butter into cubes and put it in the freezer.
- Mix milk and eggs and put them in the refrigerator.
- Measure soft flour, bread flour, and baking powder together.
