I have a few questions, if you don't mind: Do you have lightweights? What's the 'average' 2k time there. What are main differences between highschool and college rowing? Any tips on how to improve rowing technique? Tips to improve 2k time?

I can prob answer 2: technique is practice, get with a team or coach. Improving 2k time just crush the fuckin erg everyday
