BROWN Noise and Why You Unknowingly Want It!

White Noise, Brown Noise and Pink noise. Which one of these noises is the best for sleeping and staying asleep all night. One of these noise works best for me but they might work differently for everyone.
In this short video I will give you a sample of these three different types of noise and you will be able to listen and hear their specific frequency. White noise have the highest frequency while brown noise which is also knows as red noise and pink noise run at a much lower frequency which could result in a better night sleep!

May I ask a question, that might be ridiculous, or that type of topic.... But, is.... (How can I pit it..?) It doesn't disturb any sensitivity in audio? If so.... May you clear it for me? (Sorry if my English is bad, I just learn about these sounds and I myself sometimes "feel" like literally some sounds like vibration in my ears, it makes me feel itshy and the sounds sometimes makes me feel like water stuck in my ears)

It’s funny how we are all wired so differently. Brown noise has proven to be the Best sound for me when I want to be calm or put to sleep so very quickly. White noise charges me & pinky noise somewhat frazzles me!!! I’m on the ADD spectrum. My sister can’t listen to any of these .. I think her natural brain wave pattern runs in the Gamma range (super hyper).. anything trying to tone that range down triggers anger 😦😵‍💫

@jennahh_ I start by watching true crime. As I find myself getting sleepier, I set the phone aside and listen to true crime with my eyes closed. Then as I get sleepier and sleepier , I turn off the true crime and turn up the brown noise! Works every time! 😂 😂😂

Good video .. this also helps people who have ADD, I have mild ADD and I enjoy sleeping to brown noise .. during the day , if things are stressful / tired , I play green noise - pink noise is too loud for me .. thanks for this video

That is how I started listening to Green noise. There are some Green noise videos that play 24 hours, no ads that specializes in tinnitus. They do a good job masking the internal noises . Good luck..

I slept like a baby last night, had two youtube videos playing at the same time (red and brown noise). My suggestion, blend different color noises together and mix them together using the volume slider on the video. Now you can finetune your color sounds!

Brown noise is superior, it’s such a warm and comforting sound, you could turn it up full volume and it still wouldn’t hurt your ears like the harsher frequencies in white and to a lesser degree, the pink noise
