Brown ugali or wali has existence in east Africa bantu Kikuyu from millet mix with yellow corn flour a grow up eating my childhood hoods, amazing to hear you mentioning very delicious .like my comments thumbs up.a wali in other names

Wali or ugali bantu east Africa original has starch millet only but mixed with other ingredients such such cassava corn heavy starchy which is okay body builder food and filling Africa tummy ,can be added spinach,terere,,kales nyama choma,beans ,fish sides do add protein ingredients. And so on and on.like my comments thumbs up documents that in Africa book of food products of ugali or wali bantu original east Africa Kikuyu,aembun,ameru. Can be eaten by others Africa continent as well and make how's by modification
