You're videos are great. Informative, good angles and views, to the point. First one of yours I watched was the ruger mk3 when learning to maintain my own ruger mark1 and when I decided next on the list was the old mossberg I was so happy to see you had a video for it as well and is just as great!

Good advice about using a gentle brush on the trigger assembly. I just got my whole trigger assembly replaced a few weeks ago and it was NOT cheap. Gun parts prices right now are crazy overpriced.

It would help a lot if you slowly showed how things are oriented before shoving it in there as fast as you possibly can

do you have a stock number for the cleaning kit ?
@brownells8 жыл бұрын
We did not use a specific cleaning kit for this video, just a combination of jags, brushes, rods and cleaning chemicals. One complete kit we would recommend would be either of the following depending on what gauge shotgun you have. bit.ly/2fQ6Wfx

Thanks for sharing that, in need of a cleaning kit myself!

Thanks for the video. I'd like to get my hands on that solvent tray/container that appears on the video. Got a link for that?

usually don't complain but these videos are long on production value and lacking the detail on field stripping and reassembly. if ur a newbie to mossberg 590, or shotguns is general, check out FullmetalFMJ videos -

Pay a gunsmith or go to other video.

NOTE: At 0:50 when they run a dry clean patch through to check for remaining carbon, he shows you the back end of the patch. Not the front which you can see for a split second has carbon on it! He states if there is any the process should be repeated. I would like to know if they properly cleaned this firearm.
