How to disassemble and clean a Benelli M2

In this video, I show you how to disassemble, clean, and then reassemble a Benelli M2. It is a very simple process that doesn't take much time at all. Any gun cleaner would work, and I always recommend wiping down the exterior with gun oil. Make sure to not leave internal parts with too much lube as you don't want them to attract debris.

Thanks for a no frills get-er-done tutorial for cleaning! So I've been trying to avoid the YT review hype for the Beretta 1301 & A300. Went to the Shoot Straight gun store and held those two, then the M2. Hands down the Benelli M2 was the lightest, best balanced shotgun in my humble, non-professional opinion. Not to mention I can buy the Benelli M2 for $1200.00 + tax.

Apply a coat of gun oil on any surfaces you cleaned with a solvent. Solvent is corrosive and oil neutralizes it.
