Brownies cookies recipe, the perfect chocolaty biscuit with dark chocolate, super LOW on sugar, moist and rich in flavor and texture. The ideal sweet treat any time of the day, that is so easy to make.
The ingredients of our recipe:
250 gr of dark chocolate
125 gr of butter
3 eggs
30 ml of Whiskey / liquor
200 gr of flour
10 gr of baking powder
5 gr of salt
20 gr of powder sugar
In a Bain-Marie, we melt the chocolate with the butter, till they are well fused, then set aside to slightly cool down.
In a bowl, we beat the eggs with the sugar, then we add the liquor. We add the flour and mix well, then add the cooled melted chocolate, mix well.
Into a round shaped biscuits we place onto a baking tray, then into a preheated oven we bake at 180 C for 8 - 10 minutes.
