Brownie Skip Pause Buffer vs Sprint Jumping in Super Meat Boy

Very small time save, so if you tend to do slow pause buffers or can't transition to sprint jumping at the top just stick to wall jumping up.

Could you do a tutorial vid on how to do this trick? I seem to get it completely at random by trying to cut the bottom right corner of the rightmost window and timing a jump up the wall.
