Brownie Walnut Pie Written Recipe :
Ingredients:
Eggs 2
Brown sugar 40 grams
Powder sugar 40 grams
Oil 45 grams
Flour 60 grams
Melted chocolate 125 grams
Walnuts (For Topping) 100 grams
For Pie dough :
Butter 250 grams
Sugar powder 125 grams
Vanilla essence 5 drop
Flour 325 grams
Milk powder 25 grams
Salt 2 grams
Method :
In a bowl add egg and brown sugar and caster sugar and mix well and add oil and mix two times. now add flour and then again mix. then add melted chocolate add and mix well. now batter pour in a 9-inch pan and then the topping of walnuts and then bake at 160 centigrade for 15 minutes .now all the dough ingredients mix and then make the dough and place in refrigerator for a few minutes .then remove from the refrigerator and then roll out .then place in a pie mold and then bake at 160 degrees for 15 minutes.
Potato sticks Written Recipe :
Ingredients:
Potato boiled 300 grams
Chadder cheese 60 grams
Corn starch 90 grams
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black paper to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
Boiled potatoes boiled well and mashed. Then add cheese and remaining ingredients add and mix well and make dough. Now roll out the dough and then freeze it. Then cut in strips and then fry it then serve with ketchup and serve it.
