Easier one: - 4 spoons of selfrising flour - 3 spoons of sugar - 2 spoons of cocoa powder - 3 spoons of sunflower oil (literally any oil) - 3 spoons of milk mix it all together and put it in the microwave (800W) for 2 minutes and 20 seconds and your done :) (Tip. pour a little bit of milk on it after you baked it, or a teaspoon of cocoa paste in it) Enjoy!

It smashed. my fav mug smashed into small pieces, just like my broken dreams. i was in denial, and then i got in rage. after that i slowly fall into despair. For me the recipe always comes out more like a dense cake instead, but damn does it taste good. I also like to brown the butter beforehand, and add a pinch or so of coffee powder to the mix. I have to skip the blueberries though, since we don't have them here EDIT: Oh, I add vanilla extract too! I realize I've basically departed from the recipe at this point, but IMO it's a great starting base for experimentation. It's delicious without modifications too

Made this just now and didn't have blueberries so added chocochips on top instead... Edit: it is really dense and yumm just like Gemma's microwave brownie. I used 2tbsp of cocoa pwdr and used white sugar...lovely on a rainy day!😀
