I wish Andrew Berry would speak more with Andrew S- great questions, great answers. I like the real-time learning of where we're at and what we're doing!

Andrew, Tell them to stay at #2 and get Carter and then call NE and put Joe Milton in the Qb room.

We have a literal show where we can compare our operation to our division rivals who are historically good…. Use every single piece of info you have… you might think oh it’s hard knocks they aren’t showing anything on purpose… there is something to learn from watching what they want to show… what image are they trying to project… where is the mindset of their gms / coaches / players what is their mentality.. what kinds of players are their leaders… what are their personalities like…

My friend Alisha Gut would have done a better job than most of these OC coaches. She is absolutely brilliant with football and everything about it. Her dad was a coach and she’s no joke and I’d love to see her coach. 🤷🏽♂️ love the show. Best part of the season.

AB pkd Jedrick Wills 1st rd and we seen how that turned out (bust)then we loose 4-1st rd draft picks a 3rd and a 4th rd pk for Watson,--how in the HELL does this man and his ivy League crew still have jobs
@yourtruereview36218 сағат бұрын
How is Berry still on the team? We were 3-14 last year, and if not for Flacco, we would have been 3-14 the year before. Berry and Haslam picked Watson, gave away all our future talent (draft picks) and have left us in a huge hole salary cap wise (Watson's contract). Either Berry made these choices and should be anywhere near a football team or, he is a yes man and didn't have the guts to tell Jimmy NOOOOOO... which has made us 3-14. Eather way, Berry should be in the unemployment line.

You do realize they had 7 wins before Flacco ever touched the field right? 😂
@yourtruereview36213 сағат бұрын
@@ChristianSullinger Yes. Thanks for taking an exaggerated point and turning it literal. The point I was making is, the Watson deal was so bad, both last year and this year, that Berry should not have a job.

"I think the reality of..." isn't that what the UCSS crew says quite often? Are they getting their script from the Browns organization? Propaganda to fit their narrative.

Know so much but producing so little results… wondering about the “smart” mantra, how do these guys know what they don’t know… surely all the learning is hindsight and then repeats itself, so where is the learning. Wide receiver picks, QB failures, all in on Watson, then got to start over… Gotta wonder if it’s more smoke and mirrors based on perceived wisdom and Process… no substance so far. Players don’t seem to consistently fit a system, but what really is the system… Next man up but next man is neither prepared or capable as needed? The Process is in place, the one that hired the guy that just got fired… Keep up the Process…
