Those old grain trucks last forever and are pretty easy to work on. It would be a good way for you to expand your mechanical skill set as you get it up and running again.

Dear Logan, People don’t like smaller potatoes Because they think they have to peel them. You don’t need to do that. Just brush them thoroughly. Now even in fancy restaurants they serve small potatoes with the peel, roasted with some butter and sea salt. It gives you a lot of fiber and taste. Plus those potatoes cooked with the peel saves it taste and benefits. They can even be as small as a walnut. Smash them on a sheet of parchment paper and roast them in the oven or make hash browns in the cast iron. They are delicious. Don’t sell them cheaper just because they are small.
