For England let me also recommend the Venetian Arsenal as an important Wonder as, England's domination is going to rely a lot on the fleet and the Venetian Arsenal gives you a second copy of a ship for every one you build! Thus, essentially doubling your fleet size for no extra effort. Plus building out your Royal Navy Dockyards gives you a trader for everyone built which allows for a great economy.

Venetian Arsenal on a city with sea port and + 70-80 production is just omg is just omg, entire fleets and armadas for you, also to reach this production move most of your traders to that city to trade with your own cities to increase it's production but most importantly... make sure your royal navy dockyard has an insane adyance bonuses so it could even reach +12 extra production using shipyard + naval infrastructure economic card

Yes, I will continue doing other wonders. I'll probably sneak a set in after every 5 Civs that I do. Next up is France and then I'll probably do Classical Wonders (though there are a lot, so I may need to break that one up into 2 parts).

Just two little nitpicks - 1.) "any civilization can win any victory type at any level." Almost true. Kongo cannot win a religious victory on any difficulty level. That's why in my rankings, Kongo gets a 0 for religion and all other civs get at a 3 in all categories if they have no bonus towards that victory. 2.) In my opinion, you may be overlooking how the meta-game affects the different victory conditions. In its current state, the single best way to set up any victory condition is to have as many of that victory condition's relative district as possible. Since only one district per type can be built per city leads to having as many cities as possible as the best strategy. Therefore, civs that are good at acquiring cities have an advantage towards all victory types. If Victoria's England is as good as you say they are (which I also disagree with but acknowledge that as more opinion and personal preference than fact, I just think that having civs in the game like Zulu, Mongolia, and Aztec which would be 10/10 makes England, by comparison a 7 at best) at domination, than they would rank higher in the different categories as well, indirectly. For science, (again, if they are as good at conquest as you feel they are) they can grab more cities through conquest leading to having more campus districts and an easier victory. For religion especially, any civ that is good at conquest has an easy, easy time of a religious victory IF... they are able to found a religion in the first place. Once you found a religion, you're golden - just wipe out the other civs who found religions and spread yours unopposed.

Absolutely right! I'd also say England are particularly good at taking out religious rivals far from you since their redcoats are boosted when fighting on other continents

you could get Leif Erikson (naval great people), retire it and unlock deep sea traveling thx to using the royal navy dockyards for great admiral points, I love to combine it with my fleets, also great generals from industrial era to make the readcoats to even reach 89 dmg using oligarchy + other continent + great general, if you use fascism and redcoat army well it's 87 base dmg + 10 while fighting in other continent + 5 from fascims + 5 from great general... and you could add + 7 with battle cry, yeah redcoats could handle even information era units hahahah

Yeah, If you play on true location Earth, you basically have to go straight for shipbuilding to expand, meanwhile the other players have 2 to 3 cities.
