Grandmaster Rudy Lams has been training the Martial Arts for over 52 years. He has trained in Judo, Northern Praying Mantis, Sil Lum Pai and is Sifu in Hung Gar Kung Fu. He also is a Black Belt 1st degree in USA Goju Karate. He is a 2nd Generation Jeet Kune Do Instructor training with Bruce Lee´s top students Sifu Richard Bustillo, Sifu Dan Inosanto, Sifu Ted Wong and Sifu Larry Hartsell.
