Such a cool fight scene. That last part was always my favorite too, he rolls around cracking everyone in the shins and ankles, then stands up, tucks the nunchucku under his armpit and has a big grin on his face. Meanwhile, all of the opponents are on the ground writhing in pain holding their legs. LOL 🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂 Sucks to be on Bruces bad side

Imagine if "Kung Fu" had starred Bruce like it was supposed to, instead of David Carradine. Oh well. Still, this is one of his best fight scenes. It reveals his unmatched ambidexterity and blinding nunchuck talent, as well as his choreographic brilliance behind the scenes. Plus, Fist of Fury let him show off both his dramatic, comedic, and melodramatic acting skills in traditional Chinese Opera style -- as though he could be anybody he wished to be, simply by donning a mask from one moment to another. I only wish he could've lived to display his amazing dancing skills as well. His early demise was a great loss to this planet.

Best martial arts in film IMHO...was in Best Of The Best-1 (if on the bloody side for a tournament and the allowing of a death) and Roadhouse...which wasn't considered a MA film. Fight scenes choreographed by Benny "the Jet" Urquidez. NO flashy moves. Maybe if anything extending the time of the fights a little too long for entertainment sake...just one...with the black haired bad guy by the barn...still more less close to realistic. Everything else out there is "fantasy". Rubbish. "Entertainment Fu" (moves you'd only see in demo's and tournaments or the UFC not in a "fight to the death"...bad guys attack only one after the other..LOL!).

I believe in this scene it was dummies, but yes, his deltoid strength was able to hold weights on the level of world strongest man. Look up World's Strongest Man, Eddie Hall and his fellow contenders at what weight they're holding out with their deltoid on the hammer hold (66 lbs), it matches Bruce's strength except for Bruce Lee does it with one arm (60 lbs)

As a past Bruce Lee fan...having seen this film easily over 100 times in the past few decades...it's odd only lately have I become critical. Never truly looked at the story or fight choreography for what it really was. RUBBISH!! Why would Chinese people from I'm guessing the 1800's study a JAPANESE martial art? With all the anti-Chinese sentiment during the JP occupation. Nor would the JP teach Chinese. Contradiction. Favorite part of this sene? Lee swinging around 2 adult sized JP dolls. Followed by Karate students walking into a Nunchuck swinging martial artist who had already proved himself superior. :) NO one grabs a weapon...except the master/Sensei at the end. Lee manages to avoid loosing his limbs. But he was BRUCE LEE. :) Lee's character should never have seen Japanese sword work and thus would never see where the blade was coming from. Karate guys don't do sword art. :) Back then they only studied ONE art. :) Then Lee's character manages to fight a JP sword swinging lead bad guy using nunchucks. LOL!! This time only getting superficial surface cuts. Should have lost a hand. AT LEAST. And Bruce Lee was supposed to be a well versed martial artist. :) NO WAY he would have come out of this "fight" with the students not bloody and bruised..no matter how good he was supposed to be. And he used flashy 360 spin kicks. His trademark. He was essentially the JCVD of the early 70's. :)

Man, I remember when these movies came out. I was in my early teens and we just loved Bruce Lee. I remember we used to watch the Green Hornet just to see Bruce Lee. Now I see that show every once in a while and realize how little he was really in it. What a waste. We were only watching it to see him. He was fun to watch. Gone way to soon.
