Remember this wasn't a Springsteen crowd. All tickets were sold out before he was announced as headliner.

I have remarked to friends several times that most of the musicians I like are my age or older (Bruce beats me by thirteen years). Bruce was sixty years old here, and my reaction is WHO CARES???? Keep playing as long as you can and want to play!

@theplourde The blonde chick~ By 2002, the band included Soozie Tyrell (violin, vocals). Tyrell had earlier worked with Scialfa touring with Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes and sporadically with Springsteen dating back to the early 1990s.

Epic place. No doubt. But the best place to see the boss outside of the US. Must be Sweden and Göteborg.
@hrothgar647 жыл бұрын
I disagree. You pay over 200 quid for a ticket and can't see anything because of all the idiots with their big flags obscuring the stage. Most other UK festivals ban them for that very reason, but for some reason Glastonbury continues to allow them in.
