It’s the tips of the shoes, & height of the steps. I’m constantly falling up stairs & walking into street poles. I’m a graceful clutz. I once was a walking in a cat walk on filmed tv in a modeling show and tripped over a bit of badly placed audio visual wires after a stage manager pushed me out onto the stage. The whole room was rooting for me. I blushed, picked myself up and strutted my stuff to rapturous applause. & I always get embarrassed. It’s a natural human reaction. Over the years I’ve learned It’s not how you fall it’s how you get up. & recover.
