First concert I ever saw. He was 30 minutes late. He stayed over an hour after it was supposed to end, jumping, dancing, sliding around on his knees. I’ll never forget the care that he gave to me and my hometown. A true rockstar. As much as I want to disagree with him, he’s the truth. He’s authentic. He’s real. Someone that reaches deep within and rips it out for the people he loves. No comparison.

Man, It must feel so rewarding getting a crowd like that after years and years of playing and writing songs. When you start out as a musician, you'll either have a small crowd of people who look uninterested bc they have no idea what you're playing or you'll have a small crowd who have come to just mosh to whatever you're playing.

I've had the pleasure of seeing Bruce about 7 or 8 times in concert. I saw him solo on his Ghost of Tom Joad tour and seen him with E Street 6 or 7 times. He never fails to put on an amazing, high-energy show.

👏 I’m 70ish now, and always 💟’d this song by Bruce, and though this video performance is about 12 yrs old, it’s still a classic song. I was fortunate - and lucky 🍀 - enough to see Bruce live at a Coldplay NJ 🇺🇸 concert a couple yrs +/- ago. He showed up at the finale that night ONLY as a ‘special’ guest. Bruce and Chris Martin did 2 duets - THIS song and ‘I’m on Fire’, and BOTH were on 🔥imho - he was as 👍 there as in this video, and earlier yrs. Although he’s aged, he still hasn’t ‘lost’ his voice, looks, or ability to perform!
