コンマスの位置に四方さん、次席に矢部さんとは贅沢な布陣ですね。 指揮者の誕生日だから特別だったのかな？ この曲は2006年ドイツ旅行の際、ベルリンのフィルハーモニーでラトルの指揮で聴きました。 ベルリンフィルの演奏能力の高さを再認識しました。 来年4月にN響でエッシェンバッハの指揮でやるようなので、 そちらを聴きに行こうと思っています。

7番で感動するのは、カラヤン盤くらいですが、このライブは大層感動しました。飾らなさすぎない素朴な印象と、キラキラするトランペット４台の威力も魅力です。繰り返し聴いています。

師匠格のカラヤンが最後に指揮した曲とあって小泉さんの集中力が段違い。オーケストラの晴朗で厚みのあるサウンドに仄かな影の差すあたりも美麗。

You are a pathfinder. You beat me here. I have a wall of Japanese recordings of Bruckner symphonies. But I only ventured to the Tokyo Metropolitaln Symphony Orchestra Bruckner 7th after seeing their performance of the Beethoven 4th Symphony a couple of hours ago. I think it takes a certain temperament, with a certain ear, to appreciate and enjoy Bruckner. Your Comments here, and elsewhere, suggest you are one of those special people! It is a privilege to have encountered COC once again! Spasiba! BTW, check out Stanislaw Skrowaczewski's conducting of the Bruckner 4th Symphony with the OSG--Orquesta Sinfonica de Galicia. I regret not having seen this video recording until now. Super performance!!!!!!. The great cymbal crash and accompanying triangle sparkle arrive at c. 37.22. While I have many Japanese CD recordings of Bruckner symphonies, this is the first Bruckner concert I have seen in a live visual recording. Highly informative. Highly respectful of Bruckner. Thanks so much for sharing this with the rest of us who were not able to attend in person.

1970년 카라얀 콩클 우승자이며, 카라얀 제자중 한명입니다. 지휘법도 카라얀 법을 도습해서 일본에서 특히 신격화된 카라얀의 모습을 닮아가서 일본국내에서 고정객이 있을 정도의 지휘자입니다. 카라얀 자택 방문하고 수차례 지휘 관련 레슨도 받고 해외 지휘 요청을 거부하고 일본국내에서만 활동합니다. ( 일본 지방 전원생활을 추구한 분)

若いころの小泉さんの演奏はオーソドックス過ぎて面白く無い様に感じてました。 ところが最近の演奏は自然な音楽の流れと円熟が素晴らしいブルックナーを聴かせてくれます。
