I have no idea if someone has mentioned it but his music and music videos are basically all about his bipolar disorder and DID. We see different personalities in his music like Mito who is his protector that fronts during his depressive lows and has one white eye and is in black and white, Mr. Insanity who shows up during his manic highs and has blonde hair and we see butterflies/fireflies around him, and a new personality called the hybrid who you see in this mv that is usually seen with blue and is more in between mito and Mr. Insanity. They aren’t just characters but real people living inside Ian. One of my favorite songs is Skins that was completely written and filmed/created by Mito. Ian has no memory of it cause he blacks out when Mito fronts. It’s a super raw and emotional song from Mito. He is deeply misunderstood and this song shows that. The protector personality usually hold all the trauma for the host.

Omg you’re spot on! I’ve heard several people say it seemed like the beginning/intro to something, and I believe this was very intentional. It might be the beginning of the Hybrid’s story, and it certainly transitions well into the beginning of Limbo!

I agree with you It is an intro to a new ep for sure and i want you to know ian himself is the director & the editor of his videos not gonna ignore the fact that he has a whole team of talented ppl to help him with some parts of the projects as well but he is still the mastermind behind all of these. I think you would really enjoy doing a deep dive for dpr ian his music is so diverse and the production is always top tier videos are always insane too he's just the whole package even more than all that you could ask for
