Rengar is very very weak these reworks have made him very bad you can no longer one shot people you can no longer chase them you can no longer do anything that other assassins do. You always have to make a choice that almost never works in your favor with empowered abilities if you use empowered e you don’t have the damage to finish of your target and if you don’t you don’t have the ability to catch your running opponent if you wanna survive and fight you have to use empowered w but then again you don’t have the damage to fight. The champ is really bad. You have all these conditions to meet and you don’t even do damage which was his whole thing. These crits on Q are worthless and armor hard counters you. One ninja tabi or barrier and your damage just isn’t there ADCs can 1v1 you you have 0 chance again bruisers and tanks and mages just build so much HP now that they 1v1 you too. Maybe give him %hp damage and remove the crit shit or give him some sort of armor pen on his q or e.
