The answer is Maybe, because for the collectors exchange, it could be worth 4 super rares, like a level 20 Supersaurus, level 20 Velociraptor, level 20 Ankylosaurus, and a level 20 Spinosaurus. But, for the season pass, it could be just the same as the others, where at the normal pass, you get it at the 5,000th well... Season pass prize thingy.
