Ciao a tutti, desidero condividere con voi alcuni video.
La location è presso la casa di mio padre (fortunatamente non in senso biblico) a Cornaredo (MI) dove attualmente risiedo.
La mia giornata si divide tra studio, lavoro per gli studenti, per la casa editrice e non ultimo ginnastica, pesi e spesa!
Speriamo che questa pandemia ci aiuti ad avere maggior rispetto per l’ambiente visto che attualmente aria e rumori son ben sotto la soglia di rischio per la salute.
Ringrazio Daniele Fontana (nessuna parentela con il signore che governa la regione Lombardia) per i preziosi suggerimenti sui video "casalinghi"!

Hi everybody, I want to share with you some videos.
The location where my videos take place is at my father’s house (luckily not the Father mentioned in the Bible) in Cornaredo (MI) where I’m actually staying at.
My day consists of studying, working for my students and for my publishing house and, last but not least, for working out with weights and going grocery shopping!
Let’s hope that this pandemic can make us respect the environment more since right now the noise and air pollution are below the health risk levels.
