This interview shows exactly how they are in real life. I saw them n Vegas in August and was fortunate enough to get invited to their private after party where I was able to meet both of them! Got a hug from Andy and a Blown kiss from Bruno! A night I will never forget. Had a magical conversation with Eric, Bruno's big brother who was so humble, kind and real. I tried everything in my heart to respect our conversation and not bring up Bruno so I could show much respect to him as a wonderful musician. I hope to converse with them again it was a night I will never forget.

*OMG at **19:02** I swear I had a similar experience during Bruno's concert in Dubai!!! He doesn't like it when the audience records while he is performing (he mentioned it). I was one of the few in front who was not recording and was just singing along. And then I saw him looking straight at me for a long time!!! It was like he was singing just for me and appreciating that I was living the moment, without holding any gadget. It was a very unforgettable experience!*

I think that was his way of saying, I see you and I appreciate you for not sticking a camera in my face. Bruno is an old school performer, who feels the camera creates a barrier between him and you. You know you had a great time when you wake up sore the next day with a rapsy voice. That's what a great concert used to do. Nowadays, people go to concerts to capture on devices and miss the whole experience with the artist and bond with the audience. I'm really glad you had a wonderful experience.

Well, they were locked up in those pouches but I could see the entire place explode while songs were performed. It was a magical night for all of us and I’m thankful we were able to watch them. The first I heard of the was when I stumbled across their Smoking out the window video. I LOVED it! It was so good, and funny too. I thought “Silk Sonic”? When the heck did THAT happen?!! I am SO glad it did. This stuff is golden! And since did not use it ad a name, they should do a song called “Fake Rolex.” The whole idea is hilarious. And these two could pull it off…..8-). I feel like Bruno has been on a journey to find "his sound" and Anderson Paak pushing him to new places was the key 🔑....please keep the door open forEVER! I have been following this project from the start and I just can't stop smiling. I have been a DJ back in the 70's and when I listen to a track from the new album I am transported back to those day and TSOP and mowtown. There is a quality that only come from belief in the whole package from lyrics and the rhythm and production. There are so much soul and funk in the music. From Harold Melvin and The Bluenotes to Tower of Power, the Ojays, Billy Paul not to mention Gamble and Huff. Their music has bought the genre back into mainstream music again and so I want to say thank you Silk Sonic and to quote from the Sound of Phillidelphia yours truly the seekersofrhythm "keep on keeping on" and I pray that one day I'll get the chance to thank you. stay safe J
