No it's not, his debut album has sold 6M copies WW, and he was the best selling digital artist of 2011 WW with three songs making the list, just the way you are has sold +12M, Grenade +10M and The lazy song +6M, so these three songs have sold like 30M WW. Not to mention his other singles and features. So yea at the end he has sold more than 50M records WW (Albums+songs).

But I didn't make up the number, it's mentioned at the beginning of the video and records means albums+singles and so far bruno's debut album has sold more than 6M copies WW, and believe or not bruno has sold more than 30M songs just in the US alone and this includes his solo singles and features too, the thing about bruno is he doesn't get alot of the media coverage like other famous pop stars so people can't believe he sold that much and they like why isn't he more famous.
