KG consistently can not see a vision of something until it appears fully formed. He overrates pace and power players and undermines thinkers. Players need time. If they fail after being given time...fair enough but first give them time

Nah i am totally on being against the hate for Zirkzee. I am not saying he is sensational, but some games he has played in: Southampton, Crystal Palace and Leicester - the boy was balling. The guy is young, so he should be given time. It is not like the team has been high flying before he came in and people always say yo give new signings a grace period - so where is it for my man?

He says Rashford needs time...how many years have we given Rashford. That's true BUT, it's also on the striker to create some chances and get into good positions to receive the ball. Let's see how he goes in the next few games, right now he's our only decent nine. I'm really in love with his attributes and his personality, the fact that he leaves everything out on the pitch, I just need him to score consistently now.

It's not one good game though, we saw how the team played with him pressing in Ten Hag's system at the start of the season.What he brings is energy in the press, close control and clever number 10 play. He's perfect for that inside forward role.

I can get behind some of KG’s Mount points, but his Bruno chatter was such a “jumping to conclusions” ifs & buts reasoning. Bruno can play in the base of midfield sure, but he’s one of the 10s in 90% of games with a fully fit squad.

It is true when we have good possession the wide player is a winger but what is not true is it's not the same as being a winger in old formation. I'll explain the big difference as it seems some fans don't get it. With this 343 that wide player has 2 number 10s and a 9 inside so being inverted you are cutting into traffic. Another thing that's important is you don't have a full back overlapping who can cross with the correct foot when being a winger in front of a back 4. The wing back provides all the width and if it's an inverted player you get no decent crosses in the box and you won't get a cross on the break if you have to put it on the other foot. The goal against Ipswich happened because Amad at least tried to cross the ball with the right foot, Malacia having the correct foot helped build up, crossing and playing others in down the line. This didn't happen for Dalot over 2 games on the left and Anthony down the right. I'm not sure how the manager doesn't see this but Dalot needs to move to the other side. On the Bruno talk, even if he can stop himself playing the low % pass which i doubt he isn't press resistant at all. His not good in tight spaces which is why the manager has moved him but once Amorim watches the EPL he will realise 8s and 6s also get no space in these league. Mainoo is a far better option in that deeper position for press resistance and ball progression over Bruno

Repeating the same actions and expecting different results is often considered a sign of insanity 🤯. I find it hard to believe that no one has coached Garnacho on when to pass, when to shoot, or what shooting technique to use in each situation. I’ve watched a lot of the U18 matches when Garnacho was playing, and his style hasn’t changed much. He is still direct and always tries to score goals ⚽. The main difference now is his evolution; he’s been playing this way since he was 17 and is now approaching his 20s. If he doesn’t improve his decision-making, he risks becoming like many other promising young players who fade into obscurity because they can only run into space and can’t finish with good decision-making. It’s a pity 😔. If Ten Hag and Ruud can’t improve him, I doubt Amorim can, and this could jeopardize his career due to all the missed chances. Believe me, in the next 20 games, you’ll see Garnacho miss open one-on-ones or fail to release the ball a dozen more times. He’s becoming more and more like Nunez.

The position ManU is most in need is the 6. Whenever Ugarte can't play, this team has no one. His international commitments to Uruguay are quite heavy and worrying when you depend on him so much. You can play Casemiro, Eriksen, Mainoo, Bruno whoever by his side, and they will all give different things to the team, but Ugarte is unavoidable in this team.

I actually agree with KG with Malacia take in terms of I thought the way he positioned himself and the chances he created was really good. I agree getting beat like that is bad and many of them crosses weren't great, but if he was less rusty then would any of those crosses come off better? It shows how badly we need a left footed LB.

Plus Amad is leagues ahead in tight spaces, he scores and provides genuine goal scoring opportunities. Nacho is selfish with great positioning and poor end product. I feel Mazraoui is being wasted at RCB, he's our answer to RWB once Yoro's back. He has a brilliant chemistry with Amad too. Amad isn't as solid defensively, I'd rather he uses his energy to defend higher up than lap the field.

People have resorted to using cliches when they talk about Bruno, without actually seeing what he's doing during the game. The last 2 games he had 92% and 88% pass completion, well above his usual mid to low 70 percentages. Why? Because he is actually playing in the midfield now; he's not chasing after the goaltender or defenders, and the midfield is moving as a unit, so he doesn't have to constantly look for the long pass. He is doing exactly what Amorim wants him to do. Despite this great improvement, you still get people saying that he made too many stray passes or too many long passes, i.e. Hollywood passes, which doesn't surprise me.

@@marioguerra3949 - I’m not the biggest fan of Bruno. I see his flaws. He’s not strong enough for me and cannot impact the game by dribbling, carrying the ball or breaking lines. Did you notice that he wanted to go backwards with the ball Maz had the assist on? He can’t do what Maz, a defender did. But, he’s been decent the last two games. He’s not asked to do anything special but play in a system. 92% is impressive but the ball is being played sideways and backwards mostly. He won’t have that must space vs an EPL team. They’ll press him higher and force more mistakes. Neither he or Ugarte can take the ball from Onana consistently.

The problem is in international games you have a lot more space and time which you are not afforded in the premier league where Bruno struggles with retain possession and getting past players with neat control and dribbling. Bruno is a good player but at the same time very limited.

I don't get the Rashford criticism this season, I think his been alright. I don't his played badly his passing more , and running into less blind alleys. I think Rashford should always be look at as a player who has never had one coach to fully coach his position. Under vaan gaal he was great , under mourniho he was used as system player, under ole he was over used , under ragnick he was injured, under erick ten hag he had lucky seasons and now we have a player trying to work on his approach play. Looking for runs in behind, attempting crosses. We as united fans always talk like we understand these managers systems, but lets be real. Unless your Portuguese you weren't watching sporting week in week out. You don't know the system.

Guys Rashford was average but does nobody watch the game watch back to understand the system and shape? He came on for Mount to do the right inside 10 role as a midfielder… Garnacho was inside 10 but as a winger. He had the freedom to drift in and out which allowed him to collect the ball inside. That’s the role Rashford would be best in as he can still be a forward but playing inside. Seems like everyone has already given up despite him not playing in his position…

I don't like Garnacho as an inside 10 but he knows how to stand out for selection. I'd like to see Rash in the left 10 before I completely throw in the towel. @ yeah I agree. If he doesn’t show anything in his position in the next 2/3 games then I’m done. But I do believe we are willing for others to adjust in position but not Rashford. Right 10 is not his position and let alone playing deeper in midfield. Striker he’s not the best but he made good runs but we don’t want to keep that context with Rashford. He has to prove to be in the team but I feel nobody wants to give him the time of day

Mbappe and Vino get flamed when they ball watch. Rashford's supposed equals Foden/Saka put a shift in week in week out. I'm just a fan but he really does not deserve our support. I don't even want to see him play past January. Every game I dig deep, I see him press for 5 seconds, I get excited. Then he switches off and waits for someone to give him the ball, lose it - ball watches, walks and let teams play through him for him to flap his arms in disappointment. I'm tired.

Amorim is giving Garnacho time. He’s persisting because INEOS does not want him to affect Garnacho’s confidence. RASHFORD will be the sacrificial lamb as he was at the beginning of the season with ETH. He started the season well, scored and still got benched. Then was moved to the right where he was expected to cross the ball so Garnacho can shoot.

I am amazed that UV still thinks United will be in for a striker this summer. It’s not happening at all. You would have to sell Rasmus. You think he’s willing to go back to riding the bench? Also, we have more needs at LWB, CB and CDM. Eriksen and Casemiro will probably go so we will need 2 midfielders. We have no credible links to any Strikers because we aren’t looking for one. Victor is heading to Arsenal most likely according to David’s deal sheet.

The fact they don't think midfield is a priority says a lot about the ball knowledge. Two priorities for United this summer, a midfielder with legs and size, and a lwb. Ugarte is good, but he is easily brushed aside and none of the other midfielders is technically or physically good enough. Mainoo is still young and lacks a lot of physicality. We get overrun in midfield because of our lack of physicality and to think UV doesn't see this. Embarrassing take from them.

Bruno isn't anything that kg said , bruno is player completely out of form since ten hag season 2. Bruno genuinely the best ten in world at his best, he's inventive, he knows whats happening around him, he links play, and he can score goals. Brunos biggest issue is he's not a great runner on the ball. I think if we get Bruno back to playing at top level he can easily play the 10. How can a manage make up his mind on a play in 2 week? It not mek nuh sense

I think he should be focused on the training ground, develop some of his skill. Build game experience through sub appearances.
